Hard to see in 2d but it articulates at that elbow and at the ratchet point.
I asked Ken Krueger how hard it was to bolt the HS on after the tops skins and bulkheads were done, he said it’s doable, so I’m trusting him. Plus, I have a skinny wife who has suddenly become interested in helping me get this airplane flying!

One of my fav things is having a very useful tool. The alternative was going to be a torch-bent offset wrench, but this is so much better! For $19 it is going to save $200 of grief.

Very helpful! My experience is that they don't always stay skinny, so have a plan B. If you want to keep her happy, be ready to throw a lot of pillows or old sofa cushions back there when she goes in. And do it on a cool day.
