Where do I find this fuel fitting?

Removed cleaned the fuel servo strainer and went to reinstall. Leaks at the flare. Where can I find a new one of these fittings?

Yes flex fire sleeved fuel line from mechanical pump to the fuel servo inlet. Not sure what I did wrong for it to leak after cleaning the strainer. It seemed weird using the crows foot in there for final torque.

The typical standard practice is that a fitting installation to a piece of flex hose is a one time thing.
Many of the fittings are reusable if installing them on a new piece of hose, but installing a new fitting on a previously used piece of hose is generally considered a bad idea.
At this point, the best plan would be to get a new hose made.

A fairly reliable fix if you hadn’t taken the fitting end off of the hose, would have been to use a Dell seal between the flared fitting and the hose end.
It is a thin, soft aluminum form fitted seal that gets compressed when the nut on the hose end is fully torqued, and is a pretty reliable solution for fittings that are being problematic.
If you removed the hose end because the leak was located between the hose fitting and the hose, then I think having this problem was a good thing. Because a properly made hose should never leak at that point and probably needed to be changed.

Thank you so much. Those dell fittings are cool.

If I buy a new fuel hose do you have recommendations? Figured if I replace the hose also get new an fitting. Would you recommend steel or aluminum? Thanks.

A great source for hoses is Aircraft Specialty Flightlines (Formerly TS Flightlines) who is an advertiser here. The hose will come with the proper swivel-nut end fittings and firesleeve. It will have the fittings swaged onto the hose, not threaded like your old one. You just need to tell them the length and diameter. See their website.

If the male flare fitting is on the engine or accessories, it really should be steel. But it's not clear why you would need to replace the fitting - from your picture it is pretty clear that it is steel..
You inadvertently disassembled the end fitting on your hose (you unscrewed the blue part from the gray part that is partly covered by the firesleeve. The male flare fitting on the servo is probably fine.

Thank you. I ordered my brake hoses from them great product. I will order new ones and some Del fittings just to have. Now I am thinking about upgrading from servo to spider hose also. It is not firesleeved which will add some insulation to that line maybe keeping the fuel a tad cooler since I deal with vapor lock on hot days on the ground. Thanks.

I was thinking that possibly that the an fitting caused a scratch in the aluminum fitting on the hose don’t know how but figured it’s the only culprit since it went to my bench a bunch. The hose never left its location.
