VP-X chassis ground loop advice

Looking for advice from those who have installed a VP-X.

In my installation I've mounted the VP-X box to some angle brackets, screwed to another pair of angle brackets, that are then screwed to the underside of the instrument panel and subpanel. Everything has been primed and it doesn't make for a great low resistance connection to ground.

Should I be concerned about creating a ground loop via the (relatively) high resistance path through the VP-X chassis?
Is it necessary to insulate the VP-X chassis from the airframe, and run a separate wire from chassis to ground bus?
Am I over-thinking this?

I tried emailing Vertical Power/Astronics but haven't received a reply as yet.

The VPX has dedicated ground wires on the connectors. That's the primary grounding path. Case grounding is just for short protection.

Like George said, my VPX chassis is not insulated, there are ground connections off the wired connections.
