Van's is amazing

Have I ever told you guys that I think Van's is amazing? No? Well, it's high time I did!

Put aside for a moment all that airplane stuff we all know and love - I'm talking about *really* amazing stuff!

I'm moving my kit between countries (don't ask) and needed all my old invoices from the last 16 years for the customs guys. And Nancy sent them to me - all of them - 5 minutes after I called!

If that isn't the sign a really well-run, well-organized, customer-focused company, I don't know what is!

Congrats to the entire team there - please keep up the great work!

Every time I have stopped by the factory, I have been met with a very pleasant atmosphere. Everybody seems to enjoy working there, and everybody seems very interested in giving excellent customer service.

They also know effective marketing- I had the factory tour, followed by a demo flight.
Upon returning from the demo flight, there was an empennage kit on a cart by the door- They said my name was on it.

What was I to do, but take it with me? Woo-Hoo! I'm one of us!
