AXIS Pireps
Those of us who have pulled the trigger and purchased Garmin's latest and greatest might want to share their experiences with the AXIS system here. Many years ago, my father taught me how to fly in a J-3 Cub, an Aeronca Champ, and a Luscombe. Those panels weren't anything like what many of us...

Alternator and Battery switches- separate or combined?
I’m upgrading my F1 Rocket’s electrical system. I currently have a Battery switch, an Alternator Field switch and a Generator enable switch for a Monkworkz generator. I intend to replace them with locking toggle switches, and am contemplating a 3-position switch with OFF - BATT - ALTERNATOR...

I am looking at going from the WW 300 to a Hartzell explorer 74" prop on my -8. Does anyone know if my spinner would work on the new prop?

Adjusting Control Travel Limits on Flying RV-6
I have about 10 hrs in my recently purchased RV-6 and have been documenting a number of things to produce a POH for the aircraft. I have really enjoyed flying the plane so far, but at some point, I would like to do some acro. That said while documenting the plane as it is built and setup...

Cracked canopy
Is this reparable? The crack is underlined and goes from the Left side to the Right side just at and under the fairing. Do you have a parts list for what is needed to rebuild the canopy frame/structure for an RV9A? Thanks Ken

FLF-00020
Any ideas what this should be torqued up to? It's the double orifice banjo bolt that fits into the Rotax fine filter on the iS fuel system. I've tried to find the correct one and have come up with about 10 possible answers. TIA. John.

RV10 oil cooler turning vane dimensions
Does anyone out there have the dimensions, drawings, or airflow systems instructions for the RV10 oil cooler turning vane? Also, has anyone flown their RV10 before and after this modification and if so, what have the temperature drops been? Many Thanks Mike

VOR Reception
I built a RV7A and built the wingtip antennas for my VOR receivers. I used RG58 coax cable to connect them but I can't get reception from a VOR until I am close to the station. I believe I installed the antennas per the instructions but there could be something I missed. Anyone else that has...

Get the cap all the cool kids are wearing! I don’t get a penny. It’s around $15. $5 more if you want your N-number on the back (I put 'STAFF' on the back of mine because it makes me laugh. Put STAFF on yours too if it makes you smile). And down the road $10 to the charity of your choice...
