Accidentally used acetone on canopy. Am I doomed?
So today I was scuffing the leading edge of my canopy getting ready to do the fiberglass work. After finishing the scuffing, I removed the 3M electrical tape because I was paranoid about it interacting chemically with the canopy and won't be doing the fiberglass work for another day or two...

Looking ahead, how do I buck these?
Looking ahead, plans calls for these to be 3-6. But the cross brace is in the way, and I expect it to be even worse with the top skin on. How did you buck these? Do I unbolt the cross brace with top skin on, buck these, then rebolt and attach to top skin? I have not riveted the panel to...

Reservoir thru firewall sealant
I'm installing the brake fluid reservoir on the firewall and it looks like it would be more accessible to seal up the lower tank fitting that enters the cabin before installing the brake line fitting. I haven't found this step in the KAI yet. When have you sealed this area on your 12iS build.

Get the cap all the cool kids are wearing! I don’t get a penny. It’s around $15. $5 more if you want your N-number on the back (I put 'STAFF' on the back of mine because it makes me laugh. Put STAFF on yours too if it makes you smile). And down the road $10 to the charity of your choice...
