Your build and workmanship are looking great! I hope you are having a good time and enjoying it. Just a suggestion, you might consider reinforcing the arm rests with some angle. After a while, you will be getting into the fuselage to do things and need something sturdy to lever yourself around.

Thanks for the encouragement Charles, it's needed at the moment - as you can see I forgot to install the aileron trim and installing it now is challenging compared to when the centre section is sitting on a table. Leaning in and working between the ribs isn't the most comfortable. I need to build that rotisserie!
For the armrests, I follwed Larrys (Wirejock) advice and reinforced them earlier, if you zoom in on the photo you can see the rivets on the inner edge where I've added some angle underneath.

I hope you installed the crotch belt bulkheads or you get to lay inside again!
By the way, the aileron trim servo arm is slightly off centerline at neutral. Probably doesn't matter. Just thought I would mention it. I also didn't pull the springs as tight as Vans recommends.

Yes, i did do those as they were in the garage. I made the mistake of putting the Aileron kit in the house with the other electrical bits i've gathered.

Noted, I did see this in the plans, thanks though.
I've decided to switch things around and get the F721B and F721A rivetted in place, I'm sick of having to lean over the clecos holding them in place. I'll also be able to rivet the armrests in too, It means having to fit the sub panel temporarily to get the F721A positioned correctly, but will be worth the delay on the cabin stuff.
Or I could build a rotisserie....

Arm rests will be in your way. Save that and the 704 covers till the end.
