You might try talking to a company like Blackstone Laboratories (https://www.blackstone-labs.com/) to see if they need a partner in Chile or South America. Perhaps they would share their "secrets".

Are you able to mail oil samples to the US (not sure about international mailing of used oil samples)? That strikes me as being a much less complicated and much cheaper process than building your own oil analysis lab (assuming that’s what you’re asking about…). I second the notion of calling Blackstone Laboratories.

Save your money, spend it on oil/filters/gas instead.

Try Finning, your Caterpillar dealer. They maintain oil analysis services and have test kits sold at the dealers. I use them here in the USA for my RV7.

Finning is one of the larger dealers and should have a regional laboratory that provides mail-in service in a reasonable time. I get the results emailed.
