Dimpling and Edge Rolling in Hard-to-Reach places

I'm working on the rear window and am trying to figure out how to roll the skin edge, then dimple the skin above the roll bar brace (see picture). Any ideas other than drilling out rivets to lift the skin?

I rolled the curved skins and left that area alone. If you drilled out the rivets, how would you re-rivet it with the roll bar in place?

From personal experience, if you're strong enough, handling DRDT-2 upside down to make that particular dimple is very doable.
