Sure, here's the files, it's for the B&C L40 alternator and it mates to a 1" scat hose. I printed it in two parts so that the bulk of the part could be printed flat without supports. Just glue the curved piece on when finished. Stick it to the alternator with your RTV of choice (my preferred RTV flavour is Dirko HT) .
Like I say, no attempt at airflow optimisation. I just needed something quick that would force the air into the back of the alternator, directly through the existing cooling holes.

Also, a little scoop to get ram air into the 1" scat hose, file attached.

The heat shield is just a rolled piece of aluminium with two brackets made from strips of stainless (0.5mm probably), mounted to the exhaust with jubilee clips. It's much the same as Spruce sell, very simple.
