14A LGC gear brake line routing

Unless anyone has a better idea, I have 2 routing options to run the lower brake line to Beringer calipers. I prefer the upper route if it won't interfere with the wheel fairing. Any constructive criticism is welcome. See pics.

I'm actually working with Tom at AS. Like I said in my OP, would routing the line on the upper side interfere with the fairing?

I spoke with Jim, the owner of LCG, suggested a new brake line can be drilled on the side of the gear between the axle bolts. This is a common practice when the brake hole exiting the bottom of the gear has interference issues.

So back to my earlier question about the line routing. I used a red wire to simulate brake like routing, would routing around the upper location work with the wheel fairing mounted?
