The cowl is already back on or I would’ve. That wire is for an added cowl flap and I agree. I’ll tidied it up next time I have it off.Why don't you just cut that zip tie off, remove the heat shield/insulation, and look?

Anytime a hard line is used it should be rigidly supported at both ends.

The line on the right is hose. Can't tell what the line on the left is but likely hose. If It is a hose on the left, the bend radius exceeds the minimum bend radius of that hose. I am almost certain it’s a hard line covered with firesleeve. The filter (or whatever) appears to be unsupported, if this is the case the whole assembly would not naturally assume the position it is in, if it were a hose.The line on the right is hose.
