Did you double check the grounding wire behind the light? We had that wire break or come loose and had to replace it. We chased the issue several other places before finding the broken wire.

Thanks for the advice! I just noticed the issue this morning. I plan on checking the wires this afternoon. I wanted to post this just in case I need a new one. It’s illuminating, but very faintly, were you having the same issue?
I had the very same problem on my -12. Like yours, water got in and ruined the circuit.
The problem is that Pulsar ExP is not available any more and I couldn't find one anywhere. Furthermore, the closest replacement, the Pulsar 600, uses different mount with a different hole pattern.
The fairing for the wingtip light on the -12 is all closed in so you can't get to the backside of the mount to hold the nut. What to do? The light itself is fairly wide. I used a step drill to make the hole in the wingtip for the wire big enough for me to stick my finger in and hold the mounting nut on the backside. I only dropped the nut inside the wing once. Luckily magnets work through aluminum and I was able to retrieve it. Once the new mount was installed the Pulsar 600 covered the access hole I made. In the end installing a new mount wasn't that bad once I figured out (OK, a friend of mine figured out) how to access the inside.
