Wing table dimensions?

Hi Everyone - I've got RV-15 kit #200, and Vans asked for final payment on the Wing Kit which is slated to ship July 8th. I'd like to get a head start on building 2 tables to assemble the right and left wings simultaneously. I'd love to get the group's wisdom on ideal table dimensions so I can have them ready to go in the shop when the kit arrives. I'm very fortunate that space is not an issue, so looking forward to hearing people's thoughts.

I put two tables together but the total size is 42" x 15' for one wing. It could be smaller but this size is working for me.

My main table is sized I can use a full sheet of 3/4 in plywood for the top. Makes it convenient and easily replaceable.
