I'm planning for an IO-540.
I'm seeing some confusion on the Andair fuel pump part numbers. Aircraft Spruce has the PX500-TC pump matched with the FX375-MK filter. I don't think this is right. The andair web site matches the PX500 with the FX500. These are for (1/2 inch lines). But I think most people are using the PX375 with the FX375 (3/8 inch lines) for an IO-540.
I'm also confused that the input and output of these pumps seem to be different sizes, but there is an adapter provided. What's that all about?
Help will be appreciated. There's a lead time on this stuff and I'd like to order soon.
