8-32 by 1/2 on the brackets, typically 6-32 100 deg on the shell half's but that depends on nutplates used. Torx, hex or No 2 Phillips. Is that what your question is? Also, your plans from Vans Aircraft should specify.

The wheel pants were an add on by the original builder and I have no plans. These are the flat head screws that hold the shells together, not the bracket screws.

Probably 6-32X1/2, but builder may have used another size.
