Learned a LOT while turning wrenches replacing my prop governor, a significant amount by just searching this forum. Who knew such a powerful beast had been running around improperly powered for 20 years and 450 hours. Hat tip to @Taltruda for the 2 1/3 rds clockwise turn gouge.

I love the educational aspect of owning an EAB. Had this been for a Piper Arrow, I could’ve spent a lot of money on labor for possibly an incorrect solution, and been none the wiser.

Crossed 1500 TT while transiting the MSP Bravo on the way to "up north" with my wife. (Anyone need a pilot?)
Earlier in the week, landed at my 300th unique airport.

Later in the weekend, ATC vectored over the top of MSP on both legs of a burger run...that makes 3 times in 19 years...

Visibility was incredible. At one point we could see:
Baker
Rainier
St. Helen’s
Adams
Hood
Jefferson
Washington
Three Sister

Basically the entire Cascade Range of Washington down to Central Oregon. Very pretty flight.

Spent a great weekend with KC Flight at the 2025 Ft Wayne Airshow in Indiana. The Indiana Air Guard F-16 Black Snakes were truly impressive in their above and beyond efforts as outstanding hosts. Below are a couple pics and videos from the show. A lot of work goes into putting an airshow together and this one wouldn’t have happened without the extra effort by Keith “Pedlar” Vassey who handled all the logistics and made it happen and our illustrious Flight Lead Todd “Tinker” Nichols that did not disappoint, a class act those guys…..

One of the highlights of our weekend was the formation with the B-25 “Miss Mitchell”, now that was a pretty exciting experience that will not soon be forgotten.
