Flew down, this time, in the RV to hang with my surfing buddies. Good, easy transition in San Felipe for fuel and immigration.
It gets real desolate after crossing the border
Plus, the chit-chat with ATC is minimal.
Plenty of parking space in the “general aviation” area. And, those humongous temporary N-numbers make it easy to find the plane. Good to get some warm water surfing and shed the wet suit.
