Wanted:Logbook Stickers for Maintenance Entry

I was given stickers that had the wording of the condition inspection and then fill in blanks for date, signature, etc. I found them very convenient. Would anyone know if they are available for purchase/order? They provided clear and properly worded documentation and made for a clean neat logbook.

And make the verbiage in accordance with your aircraft operating limitations. It should state what the condition inspection logbook entry should look like. Usually it has the entry in “quotes”, or a similarly worked statement, but since the sentence is on quotes, I use that one verbatim.
