Saw the Viking engine at OSH today and looks very clean in a variety of installations. Looks like a viable alternative if you want to go E-AB with the RV-12.

I looked at the Viking engine installations as well that were at OSH. The owner of the Just aircraft had 100 hours flown on his install. He said he hasn't had any problems with the PRU or the electronics. Looking at the various setups there are a few things I would have done differently from a safety standpoint on the FWF. This might work out for the RV-12 crowd. Time will tell. I need to search through the archives to see what the problems were in the past on the Subaru installations. I would like to build a RV-12 for my next airplane.
