Uploading photo to LCP request portal

I received an email yesterday for the LCP request portal. My empennage and wings are complete so I needed to upload photos for the gold parts but couldn’t ( or at least it didn’t look like it did) . I tried from iPhone and Mac. Also tried covering photos to jpg and png. File size was less the 2meg. Anyone else having problems or am I missing something.

I was able to just drag and drop a pic of my assembled tailcone directly into the portal. It was a .jpg file

Can you provide a screenshot of the portal you got? I don't have a place to upload photos or videos on mine, or any gold parts listed. QB wings, ailerons/flaps are effected (see https://vansairforce.net/threads/la...ckbuild-not-replacing-full-assemblies.224298/)

Third time was the charm. I converted photo to a medium png file.

It appears that QB kits owners are not being given the option to add any additional parts or gold parts. This is ridiculous

I have not been able to upload a picture to mine. I've tried dragging it to the box as well as selecting it from my computer.

Mine kept failing until I got the file under 1mb
