Update published for RV-8 quick-build fuselage kits that include laser-cut parts

Van's has published VAD-10041 R9 (Laser Cut Parts List), which includes changes to the classification of certain parts in the RV-8 fuselage kit from "Replacement Recommended" to "Acceptable for Use" following completion of an engineering technical analysis of the RV-8 fuselage assembly. These parts are associated with the RV-8 gear tower assemblies.
