ULS cabin heat for passenger

In short, I need to figure out a way to duct that ULS-style cabin heat to the other (passenger) side.

Background: I have a 5 year old Van's spec RV-12 ULS (ELSA). There are a lot of posts with mods and approaches to managing heating/cooling of the engine and cabin compartment, some of which I have adopted, but I really need to direct more heat at my passenger. My wife is one of those people that is never, ever warm enough, and is on the verge of not flying with me just for that reason. She's bundled up, and I have installed a heated seat, but the electrical budget doesn't allow running it on high. Running the cabin heat at maximum is really just air-frying myself (left seat). I cannot find any posts related to modifying/redirecting that cabin heat airflow.

Ideas?

Can you fly from the right seat?

Can you fly from the right seat?
Not well...LOL. There is only the one screen. Plus, the switches for master, ignitions, and starter are all on the far left. I suppose I could move those to the center somehow, but I was really hoping for a less invasive mod. Maybe I should go fly with an instructor for a while and just see how well I can do from the right.
