U-1002 Washer Equivalent/Substitute?

[1949MGTC]

I'm looking for an equivalent/substitute washer to the U-1002 washer in my nose landing gear.

2024 T3 Aluminum .125" thick
OD 1.75"
ID 1 1/16"

I did a Google search and didn't find anything. Anyone have any ideas?

I would cut it out of a piece of .125 2024 sheet, either with hole saws or hacksaw and drill then file and finish.

The washer in the attached pic was cut out that way. Note the Van's part is showing in stock on the web store and I think they are still shipping parts.

A couple of other options. These will likely be difficult to find and still require work on your part, so Paul's idea is probably best.
