Tutorial for CS Conversion

Anyone know where to find a video or stepped instructions for converting one of our 360’s from FP to CS? Have my head around the concept of course but I’m a little fuzzy as to what plugs need to be placed in the crank and where. Complete list of materials, etc.

Lycoming Service Instruction, S.I.#1435 covers everything.
As far as the crankshaft plugs are concerned, For constant speed prop, the rear plug must be installed and the front plug is removed. If the rear plug has a 1/8" plug, it must be installed. If the rear plug has been punctured or removed, it must be replaced.

Thank you. I noticed on previous posts that links to this service instruction were no longer working. Where can service instruction 1435 be found? Lots of references to it out there.

If you have trouble getting it to download, email me and I can send it to you.

SNIP If the rear plug has been punctured or removed, it must be replaced.

Warning. Replacing the rear plug requires a special tool, used by someone who has done this before. Find such a person. If you mess up the oil return tube inside the crank you are in for a world of trouble.
