I assume I don’t need any of the extra hardware which came with the tubes?

No. Those wheels are not set up for the holding nuts. Some wheels are, so they include them.

TBH, I've never used any of that hardware on my stock Cleveland wheels, for 13 years now...never noticed any problem, but hey, you never know. *Should* I have been using them and if so, uh, where, exactly?
