Finley beat me to it. Here is a picture of my installation on my RV-7. I used the supplied mounting plate, just trimmed a little. The angle is in the front and I used nutplates in 5 places. 3 in the front and 2 in the aft part of the tray.

I didn't get the mounting plate with my servo, I'll email Trio and ask them to send it out.
