Torque value for attaching motor mount to Rotax 912 USL

Attaching the Vans motor mount to the Rotax 912 USL engine case. I need to torque the 4 Allen screws M10 I’ve seen 30 and 44 FT LBS. I understand Loctite 243 is to be used.

I just looked this up in the Rotax heavy maintenance manual. 44 ft lb is what they specify. It seems like a lot, but I checked it a couple of times.
