Greetings,
I have a couple of questions in regard to the top panel that covers the instrument panel bay. The issue is when I installed the panel over a year ago, I obviously didn’t get enough biolube release on the panel and now the panel won’t release so I can remove it for the Garmin install. Question 1: can I do the Garmin install (single screen) through the face of the instrument panels? Question 2: if I do need to remove the top panel, any tricks to remove the panel from the Permatex 81158 Black Silicone?
Thanks in advance.

I installed everything (dual screen Garmin, A/P control head, radio) without removing that panel. It’s a little difficult installing the radio/transponder rack and the transponder back plate, but definitely doable.
