This tool was worthless to me when I tried to adjust the volume of COM 1 - which was very low. I found the alignment of the pots in the 50000A did not align with the holes in the case and after days of fooling around, unbolted the Control Box from the panel deck and used a jeweler's screwdriver to fix my problem. Later, I had to have my Control Box repaired by Vans, and studied it closely on return, confirming the misalignment problem. The adjustment tool never would have worked.
