Too long rivets?

I am currently putting together the F1011 Bulkhead. The rivets called out for the F1011E angle are 470-4-5 but these are appear to be too long. Anyone else have this experience? Should I just drop it down to a 4-4?

Did you check it with a rivet gauge? It is probably better to be a little long than too short.
