I can't speak to the P-Mag Aspect of Hartzell. But I bought a WW-300 prop from Hartzell and their customer service was excellent when they sent me the wrong prop. They literally had a truck there at the airport to pick up the incorrect one the next day and I had my replacement within about 10 days.I can’t see anything good coming out of this for E-Mag users. Higher prices and bad service would be likely. Skytec, WW, now E-Mag?? Can’t they just keep the high prices and crappy service for the certified guys. We have such a good thing going, and they are doing their best to ruin it.
I just bought the dual P-Mag set from Van's - so we will see if that aspect of CS holds up in the event I have any issues.
