Hi John, can recommend flying there, beautiful area and it might be cooler than Houston.
Narsarsuaq was almost perfect with mild temperatures and a few, like scattered clouds at around 700´. I could have made it easily to Reykjavik but landed in Kulusuk with a special "target" tomorrow.

RE Andair Extension Fascia Mounting

That face plate looks identical to mine. Colors aside. I made a new 063 plate to mount the valve into the tunnel in the orientation that matched the faceplate. No adapters.

Another extended weekend trip
The school was on the way, not the slightest detour. A wildfire developed northwest of the school, large cloud, could smell it. The fog at LAX and Torrance disappeared so could fly as planned. Torrance temps at 23C, very nice after having 33C at Buchanan. Over LAX
