It’s getting more difficult to spot an RV custom mod I haven’t seen. This week I caught sight of a new mod I haven’t seen before on an RV-7: clipped wingtips! Cool look, faster roll rate, increased hangar space, at the cost of some loss of speed at high altitude.

So got my first trip to out to Basler today. N40 has filled up nicely but still lots of room in GAC in the grass. The hard ramp by Basler is full. I estimate that HBC is only about 2/3 to 3/4 full. Still haven’t scoped out Vintage (although we’ll be over there tonight to visit the pirate bar)...
