What did you do with your RV this weekend? Saturday is starting off windy here in DFW, with 35kts at 3,000 and lots of turb. A morning to mow and do laundry LOL. Hope your local is less bumpy. v/r,dr

Here’s a pic of my tail cone stored up on the top shelf of the shop and waiting for me to get the fuse done. I finally got my shop finished and am practicing my rivet work before I start. Kit was purchase with empennage at 95% and fuse at 5%.

Obstructed tank vent
I noticed one of my fuel tanks was gurgling quite a bit and filling slowly. I suspected a blocked vent, but the outlet near the firewall looked okay: I could see that nothing was covering the little mesh screen that had been installed over the end of the vent tube, presumably to keep out insects...

Trim Tab 3D Print Musings
