After Over 12 Years Of Flying, My Bird Has Paint!
It’s true! My RV-9A is finally painted! My first flight was in 2012 and it has been flying naked until yesterday. I really love how it turned out. I just picked it up yesterday. I can’t stop looking at Sweet Melissa!

Huge Thanks - Love The Community!
Finally got my RV home. Huge thanks to those on this forum who helped w the pre buy (Rocketbob) and my local RV guys at KLHM. I wish I had more time to chill at each stop but, I recommend everyone cross the country in their RV. This is a bit of a flying project and l’m excited to make it mine.

390 will not start after annual
Just finished the annual on my 14 and rolled it out for a test flight, but engine would not start. It cranks just fine, but only a couple brief hints of wanting to fire during each 10 - 15 second crank. Tried several times to prime and start. Tried flooded start procedure. All with same results...

Louvers in floor
Anyone put louvers in the bottom of their tail? I want to add two of these (only one in the pic) just behind the F1008 bulkhead in the floor. They will provide an exit for the air flowing through the inboard mounted A/C condenser. The actual cut will be 3”x 10” then a doubler. Just thought I’d...

VAF Charity Cap: Help your charity and promote this site.
Get the cap all the cool kids are wearing! I don’t get a penny. It’s around $15. $5 more if you want your N-number on the back (I put 'STAFF' on the back of mine because it makes me laugh. Put STAFF on yours too if it makes you smile). And down the road $10 to the charity of your choice...
