Wing rib rivet advice
I just riveted the ribs to the left and right main spar. Had a few rivets where this happened. Should I drill out and redo?

TP724 Wire - Where is it?
Page 10-25 of the Aft Fuselage plans involves installing the WH-00057 wiring harness. The instructions and diagrams refer to a grey/purple TP724 wire. We cannot find that wire. I called Vans Tech Support and they said the was no such wire, even though it's in the plans. Before I close everything...

RV-4 engine mount repair.
The current owner bought this damaged RV-4 as a project, engine mount was bent pretty bad, along with other damage the owner it sorting out.

Shaping canopy bows
The newer kits provide the canopy frame in pieces. What methods of persuasion did you guys utilize to get the bows into final shape. Arm force over a mounted pipe/conduit bender is getting me laughed at. Heat? hydraulics? please let me know. Thx.

Air vent with the RV8 fastback
The wings of the panel are pretty narrow with the gussets for the fastback in place. I see messages about putting the vent under the panel on the left side. Any pics or advice on that?

Move pitot tube to wing
I know there have been some of you that have moved the pitot tube to the left wing. I’m thinking of doing this and wondering which one you guys have purchased and installed? I do have an IFR certified bird but we obviously don’t plan on flying in icing conditions so don’t need it heated. The...
