ES-00077 protrusion
My Legacy kit didn’t have the 4 mounting holes punched in the floor ramp. I’ve located it fore and aft by the cover plate but I have no idea how much it protrudes, if at all. Anyone with wings off that can take a measurement?

Rotax gen fail on run up
We have a new rotax 912 isinstallation on our RV12. On our first run up with both fuel pumps on approaching 4000 RPM. The generator fails,both lanes flashing LEDs. White engine ecu message, Alt Amps go to zero and battery amps go negative . The next run up we did with primary fuel pump no issues...

Cabin air vent caps
My cabin vents leak some air even in fully closed position. This isn’t a problem except during a few cold winter months. I’ve seen different/better than the OEM vent types and even 3d printed outside air intake covers held with a screw through the fuselage but Im curious if something dirt...
