This shot shows a C-182 flap that I had to reskin. Used McFarlane parts. Behind the bike is the left-15 tank test assembly checking fit. By my AirVenture bound camper is the right tank frame glued and riveted with the bottom skin test fitting. And behind that is the top skin on the rack getting ready for rings and fuel filler ring installation.
A key strategy with sealant is to stagger assembly so some things are curing while others are being worked on. And this does require flipping KAI pages back and forth.
