I'm not sure if this is the right place to place this kind of comment, but two suppliers have recently surprised me with exceptional service:
Van's Aircraft: Ordered a fuel level sensor, thought it was defective. Ken and Dale at Van's immediately shipped a replacement, with overnight shipping at their expense. As a NB (non builder) I never expected such a level of service. Thanks, Van's, for being a great, customer-oriented business.
LightSpeed Aviation: Sent in a Zulu headset for a minor repair, which was done at no charge, and sent back. Unfortunately it was sent to the wrong address. Jan at LightSpeed sent a loaner, again overnight, so that we could make a scheduled trip to Florida while the original headset was being located. Thanks, Lightspeed. You, too are a great, customer-oriented business.
