Hey All,
Hopefully one of the tall pilots out there can help me out. I’ve got the Tall Pilot Seatback support option (WD-823-PC instead of WD-808-PC) and am currently installing the spacer (F-856-1) with it as outlined on Detail A of DWG 72. The only problem is that the cut out in the spacer that seems to be for the weldment of the bar does not line up correctly causing the spacer to sit proud on the weld joint of the WD-823-PC. Not sure if this is a tall pilot option issue only? Or if it’s just something that is expected. I thought about shaving the spacer out to fit around the weldment better, but there is a rivet hole quite close to the area I would need to shave (aft side of the spacer curve cutout). See Pictures below:
Any experiences with this that might help?
