Tailcone build shop set-up

After 4 days of deburring, I am ready to put the tailcone together. I am wondering if the EAA tables are appropriate for the job, it looks like they may be a bit too tall. I have also two adjustable saw horses and I would appreciate advice on the best height to set them up. By the way, due to the limited space in my workshop, I will have to put the tailcone out of the way while I am building the wings. Any suggestion for that matter from the more experienced builders is also welcome

I put the tailcone together while it sat on two saw horses from HF (the plastic ones). The height was ok, for working on the front top area I used a little step to get to the rivets a bit easier.
For storage of the cone, make sure it can't roll off if a wind is blowing. Here's my solution:

What is the tail height with the VS attached, i added wheels to my Eaa tables but also have a 10 ft ceiling in the garage

Did the same here. Used a couple of plastic sawhorses and a 2 step stepladder. Worked well.
