I have a newer fuel sender that is stiff in other words taken out of the tank it will hang at whatever position I put it so when it goes to full I have to rock wings for it to move. Is it the plastic mechanism that binds or the resistor wiper? Seems if I flex it a little it loosens up momentarily, is there a lube that doesn?t dissolve with fuel?
