Starter relay question

The RV12is plans show a K638 wire connected to the starter relay which activates the starter. This wire is not show on the schematic and I have not found it in the harness from Stein. Anybody else had this problem?
 
Looking at my notes from helping a friend with electrical installation of his Kitfox 912iS engine, the wire that activates the starter comes from the Rotax Engine wire harness. Therefore, I assume that Van's does not supply that wire.
