Spark Plug Speculation requested

Please post thoughts on this spark plug picture. It was from 4T of a O-320D1A at recent condition inspection. I thought the distortions on the lower electrode were interesting.
All feedback appreciated.

It looks like someone used pliers to re-gap that electrode.

That plug looks brand new, or nearly new. Judging by the wear in the electrode, it’s been this way from the start. If Roberta is correct, it was probably tweaked on initial install.
