Source for engine baffle ignition wire seal

Mike R

I'm New Here
I used these during build, now 20 years later I’m replacing engine and needs to get one of these. I think I got them from aircraft spruce, now I don’t see them in catagolg. Any one know of a source? Thanks

These are slightly different shape but may do the job?

For a four cylinder engine you only need a round hole. Spruce should have them IIRC they are a Slick part.

check out RV platic parts, he makes them cheaper than Spruce.

Beautiful Marc.

Now, about those zip ties holding the ignition wires to the motor mount... Switch out to double MS21919-WCH cushion ("Adel") clamps. The WDGs will out-gas and leave ugly brown stains in the powder coat.

Hello, what type of cushion clamp should we use in the engine compartment; MS21919 WCH or WCJ. I will be using Phillips Victory 20W-50 oil, 100L fuel and High Temp brake fluid from Berringer MIL-PRF-87257 / FR257. I also rinse my engines after work / oil changes with Mineral spirits.

Thanks

I used -WCH for its heat resistant properties. Currently my engine compartment isn't "contaminated with petroleum fluids." (yet, maybe never...) Once I start leaking fluids I may change to -WCJ's or not.
