Cool pic. I find it so intriguing that dogs always want their head out the window in the breeze. That detective inside my head wants to know why that is.
To smell which is millions of times more sensitive than humans. Dogs use smell to identify people, environment, location, etc. if only we could teach them to navigate.
 
Unlike humans, dogs do not sweat profusely. Dogs have merocrine sweat glands, which are located primarily on their paw pads and noses. When dogs sweat, they release a small amount of moisture through these glands. This helps to cool them down, especially when they are hot, like in the cockpit of your RV after landing……. wish I could stick my head out like that…
