SL-30 Channelizing Problem

Just seeing if anyone else has had this problem before contacting the place I purchased and/or Garmin. My SL-30 has worked flawlessly for 115 hours. After about 2 hours while flying to S & F we couldn't tune the tenths and hundreths on both the Comm and Nav side. The megahertz knob worked fine. We cycled the radio off then on and and after several attempts it worked again. Yesterday returning home the problem surfaced from startup and never worked after numerous attempts.

I've had the radio about 14 months. I'm hoping that they will honor the warranty
