Silicon coolant hoses

I understand Rotax now uses silicon hose’s on their IS engines. I’d like to replace the coolant hoses on my 912S UL engine. Looking for the best silicone hose pproducts and clamps for this project.

I did a complete write up in this thread, this is the meat of it;

I noticed that clear silicone hoses are available. Would there been anything wrong with that?
You would be able to confirm and see that the liquid coolant was there.

I get my silicon hoses from Pegasus Racing and use Oetiker pinch clamps (one time use).

Seagull, I ordered the hoses in blue color that you referred to. The pictured here shows a red hose in the middle of a red hose.
Question: due you know what the material of the red hose is.
Thanks for your help.

The red part is silicone.

there is reinforced clear silicone that was rated for my use. it makes it easy to see bubbles.

You don't have clear oil hoses so you can see the oil....
but i did have a coolant issue that was trapping air and causing temp problems. i redesigned the overflow system [zero pressure system] with a manifold in the line at the highest point with a schrader valve in it so i can bleed air. clear hose was helpful.
speaking of seeing the liquids.........in my fuel tank i designed and built i have a 3/4''bung in the top of the rear side of the tank with a clear ''fisheye'' screwed in to the bung. it is visible thru the rear window when i fuel and i can see the fuel in the glass sight when it gets full. always full, never an overflow.
