Last three years, we tried to organize RV-10 Show and Tell sessions at Airventure.
First two years, we used an Excel spreadsheet, for last year, I wrote an App called "PlaneTour". This iPhone/iPad app and the web version for Android and PCs is still online, so we can do it again.
The app allows you to mark where planes or other attractions / services are located. If there is a Show and Tell session, it can be added. Last year, we had some 50 RV-10s on the built-in map and some 10 Show and Tell sessions.
On the iPhone/iPad, it's pretty simple: just point your phone at an N-number, and if AI and the US and Canadian registration database are willing, the fields are already filled in, else you can manually fill them in.
